This new an innovative antifouling system incorporates the latest proven digital ultrasonic technology which emits low frequency sonic waves / vibrations which are radiated through the boat's hull in order to destroy algae that are the basis of all weed growth and micro organisims such as, barnacles, zebra mussels, oysters, clams and tube worms from attaching themselves to your boat's hull and drive system. Barnaclean creates a barrier that covers the hull and the running gear including z-drives, propellers and propeller shafts. Our system is proven to work.

The Barnaclean Ultrasonic package transmits for just 10 seconds per minute and average current draw is 0.6A per transducer. Our Barnaclean unleashed your boat's potential, enhanced fuel economy and protects your boat 24x7. No branacles = no drag = less fuel needed to drive your boat through water. Our Ultrasonic anti-fouling system reduces costly bottom maintenance and it easily pays for itself in a short period. Apart from eliminating the hassle and recurring expense of conventional antifouling, the big benefit of an ultrasonic system is that it protects items like cooling water intakes and other inaccessable areas. A good Barnaclean Utrasonic installation should also cover parts that are subject to high abrasion, such as propellers, trim tabs and rudders.

Our Barnaclean system can be self installed. You do not need to drill any holes in your hull or install any through hull fittings. You just need a good quality marine grade epoxy to install the strategically positioned sonic resonators (which come with our system) on the inside of the boat hull (see picture above). The number of resonators required varies according to the size of your boat, wth each covering a ten foor diameter. Our Barnaclean Utrasonic system is maintenance free and operates off a 12 Volt battery and draws a mere 0.6 amps. …in fact; a 12-volt battery can keep the system running continuously for over six months without the need to recharge.
